Cancellation Policy

At Studio One, I value and respect my clients' time and schedule, and I strive to provide the best salon experience possible. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients effectively, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Confirmation: - When booking an appointment at Studio One, a valid credit card must be placed on file to secure your reservation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I appreciate your understanding in providing this information to guarantee your appointment. 2. Cancellation Notice: - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. This advance notice allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on my waiting list. 3. Late Cancellations: - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full appointment price. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 4. No-shows: - In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the client will be charged 100% of the appointment price. The full amount will be charged to the credit card on file. 5. Rescheduling: - If you wish to reschedule your appointment and provide the required 24 hours' notice, the cancellation fee will be waived, and your appointment will be rescheduled without any penalties. However, multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to review. 6. Late Arrivals: - I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service time to ensure that I can accommodate subsequent appointments promptly. The full service fee will still be charged. 7. Emergencies and Exceptions: - I understand that emergencies can happen. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as severe illness, accidents, or extreme weather conditions, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Studio One management. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding my cancellation policy. It enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain the smooth operation of my salon suite.
